Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share. - Plan and conduct sales visits to address customer needs and foster business growth. - Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and respond to customer inquiries. - Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product benefits to both existing and potential clients. - Prepare documentation and presentation materials for project sales. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on project progress, including performance bond preparation, delivery schedules, and installation timelines. - Monitor and follow up on payment status with clients. - Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: - Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering, Business, or a related field from a recognized institution. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing within the engineering industry. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision. - Detail-oriented, well-organized, and possesses strong interpersonal skills. - Cheerful and pleasant personality. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Immediate availability preferred; a technical background is an added advantage. - Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build lasting customer relationships. - Possession of a Class 3 driving license with own transport is preferred.
