As a Business Admin Intern, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and implementing effective tender strategies to ensure the organization wins tenders and meets business objectives. You will work closely with different department to prepare comprehensive and competitive tender proposals, ensuring all submissions meet client requirements and specifications. Key Responsibilities: Tender Strategy & Market Analysis: •Identify and analyze suitable tender opportunities for the company. •Conduct competitor research to understand their strengths and weaknesses in the bidding process. •Develop pricing strategies and unique selling propositions for bids to increase the chances of success. Understanding & Evaluation of Tender Specifications: •Ensure a comprehensive understanding of tender requirements and specifications. •Provide input to the internal team regarding technical specifications and procurement requirements. Communication & Information Dissemination: •Act as the company representative in official communications and business trips to explain the details of projects and bids. •Communicate and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders regarding tender strategies and bid progress. Compliance & Process Improvement: •Ensure compliance with procurement requirements and contract conditions set by government or private sector entities. •Analyze the outcomes of previous tenders to improve future bidding strategies. Monitoring & Strategy Adjustment: •Monitor changes in procurement policies (government or private sector) that may impact bidding strategies. •Prepare regular reports on bid progress, success rates, and areas needing improvement. Qualifications & Requirements: •Minimum Bachelor qualification with Bachelor’s degree in International, Administration, Economic or related field. •3-6 month of internship •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. •A strong sense of initiative, resilience, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
