The successful candidate shall be responsible for accounts receivables including billing processing, intercompany transactions, month-end closing activities, analysis on debtors and collections received timely in accordance with MISC Group Accounting and Financial Policies, Statutory requirements, International Accounting Standards, company procedures and guidelines, practice of good governance and integrity in the overall processes and practices. Other roles and responsibilities include the followings: FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING • Generate data for Management Accounts Report • Prepare Bank Reconciliation Report • Prepare Service Order Reconciliation Annual Budget Planning & Reporting • Upload complete budget data to SAP • Generate data for Management Accounts Budget Report Tax Management • Prepare for monthly tax computation provision • Generate data for Full tax computation Financial Control Framework • Update the Test Working Paper (TWP) and compile samples • Upload sample in SAP P42 GRC Audit • Prepare document for Financial Year End Audit • Provide information on the visit audit for Financial Year End Audit • Prepare document for Group Internal Audit and other Finance Audit activities To perform well in this role, you are required the following skills: Presentation skill Influencing skill Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Financial Accounting Financial Management
