SITE SUPERVISOR

To supervise, verify and monitor all works in accordance to contract, method statement, construction drawings and all related specification Well versed in construction drawing and knowledgeable in Contract / BQ To issue site memo whenever necessary or required To carry out coordination with others project team related works To monitor closely all contractors daily work progress and manpower on site To carry out all C&S / inspection on site. To witness test being carried out and identify only approved materials were used as per contract To conduct QAQC and regular inspection to ensure all works are completed with good workmanship and standard set by the client and consultant To conduct check on material delivered to site and ensure complying to contract and requirement set by client / consultant / authorities Track and prepare daily report on work progress and contractors manpower Assist in resolving technical and site issues, and escalates to superior immediately Monitor material usage, conduct site measurement and verify accuracy of claims quantities Coordinate with consultant, all contractors, arranging daily/weekly work schedule and resolve site problems Ensure contractors and workers observe all site safety rules and requirement Attending progress / coordination meeting with consultant / contractor whenever necessary To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by superior
