Your duties and responsibilities are as follows: -
- Assist the Building Manager in daily operations and management of the building.
- Manage and coordinate service providers and contractors for building maintenance and repair works.
- Oversee and execute all ad-hoc projects related to building operations and maintenance.
- Prepare and process ER (Expenditure Requisition) and PO (Purchase Order) for procurement and services.
- Monitor, handle, and respond to feedback and complaints from residents effectively.
- Assign tasks to technicians and supervise their work to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with management, residents, and vendors for smooth building operations.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance work, service reports, and project updates.
- Assist in budget planning and cost control for building maintenance and improvements.
- Work collaboratively with all colleagues as a team to ensure efficient building management.
- You will also be required to carry out any other duties which may be assigned to you from time to time by the Building Manager.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
