• Welcome guests at the main entrance, with taking particular note to repeat guests. • Receiving the luggage guest from the hotel entrance till the guest room and from the guest room to outside the hotel during checkout. • Being alert to the receptionists for any information should assist the guest during check in. • To carry to the reception any comment or guest request during the check in, extra bed, baby cot, large bed and etc. • Be familiar of all the room facilities, and to be able to make the room presentation upon arriving with the guest to the room. • To assist in raising and lowering the flags as and other required. • Be prepared to action the room changes, in this process never pack guest belongings without the guest being present and under no circumstances ever move any guest belongings without the knowledge of the guest. • Deliver messages, packages and undertaking any other activities necessary for the guest comfort. • Always be well groomed, neatly cut hair, polished shoes and clean pressed uniform. • Making a quick check on the room upon guest luggage down for checkout, and informs the Manager on duty or Receptionist about any damages or lost items from the guest room. • Be thoroughly aware of all the Hotel Outlets the facilities, including operational hours. • To carry out external delivery of documents and related materials as and other required by the management. • Be available to perform any other function assigned by the Management
