- Providing comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, employee on boarding/off boarding, employee engagement and performance management.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.
- Coordinating employee benefits, training, and development programmes.
- Handling payroll processing inclusive of the timely submission of all statutory reports and payments.
- Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall business objectives.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc tasks and additional duties as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year experience in Human Resource field preferred.
- Computer literate and well-versed with Microsoft applications (Excel, Power Point, Word).
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws will be an added advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Tact and professionalism when it comes to handling confidential information and addressing employee concerns.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision and as part of a team.
