Conduct disciplinary actions and investigations when necessary. Legal Compliance & Policy Implementation Keep updated on labor laws, employment acts, and industrial relations regulations. Ensure HR policies align with legal requirements. Handle termination processes in compliance with labor laws. Workplace Culture & Employee Engagement Develop employee engagement programs to improve morale and productivity. Conduct training on company policies and workplace ethics. Foreign Worker Management Responsibilities: Recruitment & Work Permit Processing Handle recruitment of foreign workers according to company needs and legal requirements. Apply for work permits, visas, and renewals in compliance with immigration laws. Coordinate medical check-ups and ensure compliance with health regulations. Legal & Regulatory Compliance Ensure all foreign workers have valid work permits and visas. Maintain updated records and liaise with government agencies (e.g., immigration department, labor department). Handle audits and inspections related to foreign labor compliance. Accommodation & Welfare Management Arrange proper accommodation and transportation for foreign workers. Address their welfare, safety, and working conditions. Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations. Workplace Integration & Conflict Resolution Help foreign workers adapt to company culture and local labor practices. Address grievances or conflicts involving foreign workers. Exit Management & Repatriation Manage the end-of-contract process, including termination, resignation, and repatriation. Ensure compliance with final salary payments, benefits, and exit documentation.
