Sales Manager

• Provide professional training to all interns and permanent team member, including sales skills, product knowledge, etc. • Managing the intern and permanent team member sales team, e.g. daily KPIs, call duration, emails sent, checking their datasheet. • Follow up with prospects. • Organize meetings to resolve issues and drive deals forward. • Work with HQ team to close a sales deal. • Daily reporting to management. • Use the data and platform provided by the company to contact customers and promote sales through phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, etc. • Business channel Expand business channels and establish good relationships with customers and partners. • Achieve sales targets: Ensure the achievement of sales targets. • KPI Team Member each assessment from intern’s and permanent minimum 4 inquiries per month with individual, no fix minimum calls & email daily. • Office: Ensuring the office environment is well maintained and stocked with the necessary materials; • Everything to do with sales is under the control of the company director/management. • The job descriptions will be subject to change at any time with letter acknowledge for both parties.
