Department: Quality Assurance Reporting To: Senior Quality Manager The Customer Quality Engineer serves as the primary liaison between the company and customers, ensuring quality standards are met and fostering strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities : • Act as the main contact for customer quality inquiries, concerns, and complaints. • Address and respond to customer complaints and Corrective Action Requests (CARs) in a timely manner. • Conduct inspections, tests, and validations to ensure product compliance with customer and industry standards. • Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend improvements. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present regular quality reports to management. • Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive actions for quality issues. • Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and reduce defects. • Apply Lean Six Sigma and other quality methodologies to optimize processes. • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality concerns and implement improvements.
