The company is looking for a Technical Engineer to provide expert guidance on SOLIDWORKS, SolidCAM, and integrated solutions for the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have experience with CAD, CAM, and CAE tools, a passion for engaging with industry professionals, and the ability to collaborate with sales teams to develop customized solutions tailored to client needs. This role requires a proactive professional with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, Smart Manufacturing concepts, and excellent problem-solving skills. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong communication abilities to effectively convey technical insights and support clients efficiently. Job Responsibilities  Provide Technical Expertise: Guide clients in implementing SOLIDWORKS, SolidCAM, and other integration solutions to facilitate their transition to Smart Manufacturing.  Conduct Demonstrations and Training: Showcase product capabilities and train customers to ensure effective utilization of software solutions.  Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales professionals to understand customer needs and develop tailored technical solutions.  Develop Customized Solutions: Create bespoke solutions to meet specific customer requirements and challenges.  Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Provide timely and professional technical support to address customer concerns.  Support Customer Lifecycle: Assist clients from initial product installation through to post-sales support, ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing satisfaction.
