This role requires a proactive professional with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, Smart Manufacturing concepts, and excellent problem-solving skills. Job Responsibilities Provide Technical Expertise: Guide clients in implementing SOLIDWORKS, SolidCAM, and other integration solutions to facilitate their transition to Smart Manufacturing. Conduct Demonstrations and Training: Showcase product capabilities and train customers to ensure effective utilization of software solutions. Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales professionals to understand customer needs and develop tailored technical solutions. Develop Customized Solutions: Create bespoke solutions to meet specific customer requirements and challenges. Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Provide timely and professional technical support to address customer concerns. Support Customer Lifecycle: Assist clients from initial product installation through to post-sales support, ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing satisfaction.
