Talent Acquisition Specialist (Georgetown, Penang)

- Source potential candidates through job boards and social media by posting job ads and connecting with potential candidates - Screen and evaluate applicants based on qualifications - Conduct interviews in coordination with hiring managers - Handle communication with and between candidates/applicants and the HR department - Thoroughly vet candidates and make recommendations on the most effective interviewing teams to reduce the time from selection to offer - Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring - Focus on candidate experience, ensuring fast and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process - Collaborate with hiring managers to manage their expectations and ensure success effectively Requirements - At least 2 years of relevant full-cycle of recruiting experience. - Ability to analyse data to comprehend technical jobs, review resumes, and evaluate candidates - Digital savvy - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proactive attitude Solution orientation - The habit of analysing one’s work on subject of strengths and weaknesses - Relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent to HR or Recruitment field
