Report to the General Manager/Business Development Manager/Senior Program Manager. Manage and own the respective business accounts (customer centric) Responsible for the business engagement process, customer care, contract agreement, RFQ (quotation), NPI, mass production and financial aspects. Escalation point of contact for commercial of product life cycle activities. Development and submissions of all aspects of quotations (RFQs) Develop internal short and long terms goal for growth, profitability, process and system enhancements Responsible for customer satisfaction Index (CSI, MOR, KPI) and TQRDCEB indicators. Work closely with customer to achieve their goals in pricing, technology requirements and business models (VMI, CTO, DTL, Hub). Managers all areas of NPI/FA/Mass pro activities with extensive teamwork and interaction across multi-functional teams. Interpret customer product requirements (BOM, drawings, processes), materials sourcing, materials costing, engineering readiness (DFX, Tooling), project scheduling/critical path analysis, qualification requirements, packaging requirements and deliveries. Manage process, product, materials and engineering changes between the customer, suppliers and internal functions. Very experienced in managing both local and international based customers. Extensive knowledges in financial management (forecast preparation, P&L) Assist in the development of business plans, strategies and approaches to take advantages of business opportunities Gains detailed customer knowledge to ensure understanding of customer needs and decision-making processes. Communicates company's interest to potential customers, and the customer's requirements to company management. Maintain consistent application of company policies, procedures and shop floor rules. Taking accountability of the effectiveness of QMS Ensure integration of the QMS. Promoting the used of process approach and risk based thinking Communicating the importance of the effectiveness of QMS. Engaging, directing and supporting personas to contribute to the effectiveness of QMS
