The manager will also work with different teams within the company to ensure the business thrives and grows. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Lead efforts to meet sales goals and growth targets for the company in Malaysia. Market Strategy: Develop and execute plans to increase market share and profitability in Malaysia. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and customers. Collaboration: Work closely with teams like R&D, Marketing, and Operations to deliver great products and services to customers. Market Trends: Stay updated on market changes and customer needs, and share insights with the team to adapt strategies. Long-term Growth: Help the company expand and grow in Malaysia over the next few years. Performance Tracking: Regularly check on business progress and make sure goals are being met. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: At least 5-8 years of experience in sales and business development, ideally in the electronics or industrial sectors. Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written). Industry Knowledge: Experience in industries that sell through commercial or retail channels is a plus. Core Skills: Entrepreneurial spirit with a practical, hands-on approach.
