MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN

a.To assist the Design Manager in carrying out the Mechanical Design activities. b.To understand the Customers Schematic, Gerber File, etc. c.To develop drawings / design using applicable standards. d.To assist and follow instruction given by the Design Manager. e.To follow the procedure requirements and fill all form / record accordingly. a)To assemble new PCB or mechanical parts. b)To understand BOM list, chematic diagram or assembly drawing. c)To coordinate with design team on the assembly of new PCB or mechanical parts. d)To follow BOM list or drawing & ensure correct assembly, good soldering & proper insulation. e)To ensure the cleanliness of the assembled parts have necessary testing or checking. f)To follow instruction given & ensure the job must be completed on time without compromissing of quality. g)Follow instruction from superior and highlight problems encountered to immediate superior. h)Willing to learn and able to work overtime if required. i)Keep & maintain all assembly records if required.
