  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Responsibility - Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on Facebook, WhatsApp, and other channels promptly. - Print and manage reports and work schedules as needed. - Address calls, return missed calls, and provide necessary information to clients. - Prioritize urgent messages and inquiries from clients and other critical cases. - Allocate inquiries to respective team members as required. - Monitor and update site inspectors' schedules for efficient site inspections. - Coordinate with team leaders and arrange site inspections for clients. - Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer inquiries in the system. - Cross-check reports before forwarding them to the group. - Monitor and assess the performance of team members and provide suggestions for improvement. - Maintain records of clients in need of site inspections in different states and coordinate with the team for arrangements. - Compile and share reports with the team on a weekly and monthly basis. - Provide backup support to team members when required. - Actively listen to feedback from clients and site supervisors to improve service delivery. - Assist walk-in customers, gather relevant information, and promptly address their queries.
