Job Responsibilities: - Attract potential customers by answering product and service queries. - Maintain customer accounts by recording account information. - Service walk-in customers and promote the company’s products and services. - Perform tele-marketing when there’s a new product initiative from the Sales Division. - Attend to customer complaints and provide solutions by liaising with relevant divisions within the company. - Follow the company’s standard operating procedures (SOP) in engaging new customers to ensure the entire sales process loop is completed with minimal error. - Attend weekly meetings and report weekly activities. Job Requirement: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Candidate must possess at least a Pre-U/ Diploma in any field or equivalent. - Open to individuals with or without relevant experience. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply) - Prior experience in customer service or related fields will be an added advantage. - Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin is an added advantage. REQUIRED SKILLS - Good communicator and pleasant looking. - Punctual and well discipline in conduct. - Team player with good attitude in covering peers to ensure company’s good image is maintained at all times. - Responsible and full of integrity dealing with customers, peers and superior. - Multi-tasking and willing to take on additional responsibilities. - Organized in handling document and paperwork. WORKING HOURS & OFF DAY - Willing to work 5.5 days per week.
