Quantity Surveyor

Job description • To be in-charge of all pre and post contract administration for designated project • Preparation and monitoring of project costing at regular basis • To advise on tendering procedure and contractual arrangement • Coordinate with the consultants for preparation of tender documents and providing cost estimates • Organize tender calling, conduct tender interviews, evaluating tender received and recommending for award of contracts, preparing taking off quantity, calling quotation and cost breakdown • Site valuation and preparing payment recommendations for contractors and consultants • Valuation of variation orders and preparing final account statement • Project cashflow and outflow projection • To assist the Contracts Manager in assigned tasks • To implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the manager. • Plan and organize the tasks assigned accordingly without compromising accuracy taking-off within required timeframes. • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time by superior or reporting head.
