Work Schedule Management 1. Arrange work schedules for Site Leaders based on their availability, skill set, and the urgency of projects. 2. Monitor and update leaders' work progress and schedules regularly. Customer Interaction and Quotation Management 1. Coordinate with customers to send quotations, confirm deal dates, and collect deposit payments. 2. Send timely reminders to customers to maintain communication and follow-up. Material Procurement and Job Coordination 1. Facilitate the start work process and share relevant information with leaders and technicians. 2. Place material orders for upcoming jobs based on job requirements. 3. Ensure sufficient work for technicians to start on time; coordinate with customers or delay jobs if necessary. Sales Records and Reporting 1. Update daily sales records and manage reports to monitor job progress. 2. Prepare related reports as needed for your reporting manager. Financial Transactions and Invoicing 1. Process invoices, attach pictures and survey forms, and update the accounting department on deposit payments. Warranty Management 1. Handle projects’ warranty-related tasks such as maintaining warranty record and extend warranty record copy to customers.
