1. Process monthly payroll for expatriate employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international tax laws and social security regulations. Manage expatriate allowances, reimbursements, and other related payments. Maintain accurate records of expatriate payroll data, including tax forms, visa documentation, and employment contracts. 2. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. 3. Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings. 4. Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., tax consultants, relocation agencies) to ensure smooth payroll processing and compliance. 5. Prepare management reports that include manpower statistics, wage rate, wage statistics, etc. Establish new regulation and update existing regulation as and when necessary. Adhere and ensure all practices are in compliance with MME regulations and local legislation. 6. Administer annual salary increment exercises, ensuring alignment with company policies and performance evaluations. 7. Manage the bonus, including calculation, distribution, and reporting. 8. Coordinate upgrading (promotion) programs, ensuring accurate salary adjustments and documentation. Responsible for the company award program. 9. Perform any other duties as assigned by superior(s) from time to time. Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping, 5S, and coordination between all other sections in achieving compliance with the law, customer requirements, company’s quality, occupational safety and health, and environmental policy. 10. Assist in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures. Support the implementation and administration of the performance management system. Assist in the preparation of performance review reports and analysis. 11. Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
