Skills & Qualifications: i) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. ii) Proven experience in quality engineering, quality control, or a similar role. ii) Strong understanding of quality management systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. iv) Proficiency in using quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis. v) Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. vi) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. vii) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. viii) Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: i) Certification in Quality Management or Six Sigma (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt). ii) Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management system standards. iii) FRESH GRADUATE ARE WELCOMED
