  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Take actual dimension of the part going to machining, Make NC (Numerical Control) and MC (Machine Control) code for EDM Machines Setting the work piece and move the wire to work offset. Job check using profile projector. Self-inspection to ensure the machining quality & Job Trouble Shooting CNC EDM wire Cut Machines Supervision for all kinds of CNC EDM machining Troubleshoot and adjust machining parameters to maintain quality and maximum product output Lead a small team of people in execution of daily production tasks, work scheduling, training, maintenance and in continuous improvement Perform problem-solving to develop corrective actions for customer issues or to initiate continuous improvement Ensure cleanliness and maintains safe work environment with CNC Machine shop department Respond to problems by performing corrective technical or mechanical solutions Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to Company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices Coordinate with outside vendors regarding maintenance and repair for jigs and fixture and equipment
