  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks a CNC LATHE MILLING EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting our company’s development. • Program, set up, and operate CNC lathe and milling machines for precision parts. • Develop G-code and M-code programs for high-precision machining. • Configure multi-axis CNC milling and turning centers • Develop custom jigs and fixtures for specialized machining setups. • Reduce tool wear by optimizing toolpath strategies and cutting angles. • Design and manufacture holding fixtures for large structural components. • Utilize Mastercam, and AutoCAD for CAD/CAM integration. • Simulate toolpaths to prevent tool crashes and minimize waste. • Convert engineering blueprints into optimized CNC programs • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for CNC operations. • Provide technical support to R&D teams for prototyping. • Utilize quick-change tooling for minimal machine downtime. • Inspect surface roughness, flatness, and concentricity using precision gauges. • Optimize feeds, speeds, and tool paths for high-strength materials. • Adjust tool offsets and machine parameters for different production runs. • Use CMM to verify part dimensions. • Develop preventive maintenance schedules for CNC equipment. • Train junior machinists on advanced CNC techniques. • Provide technical support to R&D teams for prototyping. • Collaborate with suppliers to select high-performance cutting tools. • Document machining parameters for future production runs. Required Skills: The required skills for the position CNC LATHE MILLING EXPERT are as follow: Min 5 years’ experience in CNC LATHE MILLING Expertise in CNC Programming Multi-Axis Machining knowledge. Ability to achieve precise surface roughness and edge quality Adhere to safety and quality policies. Effective problem-solving abilities. Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. Candidate must possess relevant education certification. Must have knowledge in GD&T.
