  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks a PRECISION CNC MACHINING SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting our company’s development. • Program, set up, and operate multi-axis CNC milling and lathe machines. • Develop and optimize G-code & M-code programs for high-precision machining. • Configure tool offsets, spindle speeds, and feed rates based on material properties. • Convert 2D engineering blueprints into 3D machining programs. • Work with Mastercam and AutoCAD for CAD/CAM programming. • Load, align, and secure workpieces on CNC fixtures for optimal machining. • Apply GD&T principles to verify precision. • Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure dimensional accuracy. • Perform surface finishing, deburring, and polishing of machined components. • Ensure threading accuracy for hydraulic and mechanical connections. • Develop custom jigs, fixtures, and workholding solutions for unique part geometries. • Integrate smart manufacturing practices to streamline CNC workflows. • Perform deep-hole drilling, thread milling, and fine boring operations. • Optimize cutting tool paths to reduce cycle times and tool wear. • Implement high-speed machining and adaptive feed rate techniques. • Ensure smooth and accurate fits for modular spreader components. • Conduct heat treatment post-machining for increased durability. • Reduce cycle times and improve production efficiency through lean manufacturing. • Optimize cutting parameters to minimize material waste. • Adhere to ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management standards. • Ensure OSHA compliance for safe machine operation. Required Skills: The required skills for the position PRECISION CNC MACHINING SPECIALIST are as follow: Min 5 years’ experience in PRECISION CNC MACHINING Ability to write, edit, and optimize CNC programs. Expertise in 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling Strong understanding of GD&T for accuracy. Tool Selection & Optimization Effective problem-solving abilities. Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. Candidate must possess relevant education certification. Must have knowledge in GD&T.
