POSITION: CNC MACHINING PROGRAMMER EXPERT CTI INTERNATIONAL (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. seeks a CNC MACHINING PROGRAMMER EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s name • Develop efficient CNC programs for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining centers. • Write and optimize G-code and M-code for CNC lathes and milling machines. • Generate CAM toolpaths using software • Modify and adjust post-processors for different CNC controllers • Create CNC programs for complex geometries, deep pocketing, and undercuts. • Implement high-speed machining strategies for improved productivity. • Optimize cutting strategies for different materials. • Improve automation in CNC machining for lights-out manufacturing. • Ensure all toolpaths minimize tool wear and extend tool life. • Simulate toolpaths using backplotting and virtual machine simulation to prevent crashes. • Maintain a centralized CNC program library with proper version control. • Utilize probing systems for automatic tool and workpiece measurements. • Implement tool life monitoring systems to reduce downtime. • Work with machinists to fine-tune feeds, speeds, and depth of cut. • Perform statistical process control analysis to maintain machining consistency. • Use CMM for dimensional inspection. • Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency. • Work on cycle time reduction while maintaining high precision. • Optimize fixture design and clamping strategies for multi-part machining. • Reduce tool change time by using quick-change tool systems. • Identify and eliminate non-value-added processes to improve throughput. • Recommend cost-effective tooling to reduce machining expenses. Required Skills: Min 5 years of experience in CNC MACHINING PROGRAMMER Candidate must possess relevant education certification Expertise in G-code & M-code programming Proficiency in CAD/CAM software Multi-axis programming. Manual CNC program editing & optimization for efficiency. Understanding of work offsets & tool offsets. Adaptive toolpath programming to minimize cycle time
