Mechanical Engineer (Site)

· Carrying out job task given by management and responsible to plan detail of task base on the work plan. · To ensure that all of the customer’s requirements as expressed in drawings and specifications are reviewed, understood and finalized between the two parties before work commences in the workshop. · Assist workshop’s and on-site job analysis, testing, job progress monitoring, job troubleshooting and reporting for job review. · To coordinate & arrange workshop and on-site job schedule and report progress to management · To resolve job related issue and provide solution to workshop and on-site personnel · To support and lead supervisor and team leader · To assist confirmation of job quality. · To set up testing methods, perform inspections and job quality report in order to confirm product quality before deliver to customer. · Monitor workshop and on-site regular jobs progress and implement improvement processes and methods. · To ensure measurement equipment in good condition and setting calibration schedule. · To ensure workshop machines in good condition and setting maintenance schedule. · To arrange related maintenance and repair requirement for workshop facilities and equipment. · To assist in preparation of job report.
