Job Overview: As an Account Executive in the B2W department at Bateriku.com, you will be responsible for managing relationships with automotive workshops and related businesses, ensuring seamless service delivery and fostering long-term partnerships. Your role will involve understanding client needs, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to meet service standards. You will be the primary point of contact for B2W clients, driving both client satisfaction and business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Client Relationship Management: o Serve as the main contact for assigned workshops and business clients. o Develop and nurture strong relationships to ensure high client retention and satisfaction. o Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and align services accordingly. • Account Growth & Strategy: o Develop strategic plans to drive revenue and account growth. o Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Bateriku.com’s products and services. o Monitor market trends and provide insights to help clients optimize their operations. • Service Delivery Coordination: o Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, sales) to ensure timely and quality service delivery. o Address client issues or concerns promptly and ensure resolution to maintain client trust. o Manage client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication. • Performance Tracking & Reporting: o Track key account metrics such as revenue growth, client satisfaction, and service levels. o Prepare and present reports on account performance, forecasts, and market insights. o Maintain detailed records of client interactions and agreements • Business Development: o Identify potential new clients within the workshop network and develop strategies to onboard them. o Participate in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand the B2W portfolio. o Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for the B2W segment. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting ,Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of the automotive workshop industry and related services. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet targets in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in data analysis, and Microsoft Office applications. • Experience working within a B2W (Business-to-Workshops) or B2B environment. • Familiarity with battery-related products and services is a plus. • Proven track record of growing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
