  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION: JUNIOR ART PRODUCER The JUNIOR ART PRODUCER is to ensure the creation and timely delivery of 2D art that meets the quality standards of the client, within the mini-team of artists for the specific crafts 2D. Key Responsibilities: - Client interaction, requirements gathering, and feedback analysis. - Task planning, estimation, and production process management. - Team management: hiring, mentoring, performance reviews, and workload planning. - Project budget management, including team and operational costs. - Management of a team of line artists. - A key executive artist and junior art producer who is to be involved in significant projects under Very Super Strong Sdn. Bhd. - The foundation of the core team responsible for high-quality 2D art execution. - To assist in the adaptation of new artists and, during the establishment phase of the office, contribute to the continuous fulfilment of client orders under Very Super Strong Sdn. Bhd. Requirements: • Associate degree (AD) or higher in Art/Design • The candidate is to have a min of 3 years of working experience as a 2D artist including character design, environment creation. • The candidate should possess technical-related skill sets such as the creation of 2D art including: -Deep understanding of the specifics of outsource art development and delivery; -Proven experience in providing feedback on developed art; -Proven experience in ensuring the required quality of work delivered to the client; -Proven experience in creating 2D art personally for different projects; -Deep understanding of planning and estimating tasks processes for the mini-team (in coordination with the project manager and art producer); -Professional knowledge of 2D software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Blender, ZBrush, Gravity Sketch) and project management tools (Jira, Monday, Miro, Teams). • Language requirement : English (Advanced), Russian (Native) fluent Russian speaker.
