HOS TESTING CUM CHARGEMAN (BO 11KV)

1) Routine Testing Verification : Verify RMU/CSU/FP product routine testing activities. 2) Inspection Planning : Plan and arrange product inspections (PI/FAT) with customers. 3) Equipment Monitoring : Monitor testing equipment availability and ensure related documentation is in order. 4) Site Inspections : Perform site inspections as necessary. 5) Transformer Inspection : Conduct Transformer PI at supplier factories. 6) Certificate Issuance : Ensure the issuance of certificates of quality for customers. 7) Compliance : Ensure inspection and testing procedures meet customer and international standard requirements. 8) Documentation Verification : Verify testing records, reports, and documentation (weekly, monthly, or yearly). 9) Leadership & Training : Lead, motivate, and provide internal training for testing staff. 10) Quality Responsibility : Oversee all quality and final testing results for all RMU/CSU/FP models. 11) Quality Awareness : Create quality awareness and promote a positive work culture and attitude. 12) Record Maintenance : Ensure all quality records are updated, documented, and filed accordingly. 13) KPI Monitoring : Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) meet targets. 14) 5S Activities : Monitor and ensure 5S activities are carried out and followed at all times. 15) Competency Certification : Ensure competency certificates are valid for points of use. 16) Documentation Approval : Approve documentation when necessary. 17) Ad-Hoc Tasks : Perform other job tasks assigned by the immediate superior as needed.
