Responsibilities: To ensure all activities are in compliance with the International Management System Standards, i.e. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. To fully use PPE supplied by management. To maintain some adequate standards of (5S) housekeeping in the workplace. Contribute fully to the development of the company's strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets, and business drivers. Take responsibility for the company's cash flow management. Ensure corporate budgeting processes are carried out and reviewed. Ensure that the company's financial systems are robust, compliant, and support current activities and future growth. Setting and monitoring teams' performance standards, and for the development of staff in all areas. Corporate finance: managing company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity, disposals, and acquisitions. Establish a high level of credibility and manage strong working relationships with external parties, i.e., consultants, bankers, as well as customers and shareholders. Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with investors. To develop and implement a group internal audit program to ensure that the company complies with financial procedures and regulations. Compliance with all government sectors, legal matters, and certification. Responsible for applying and updating all the company's trademarks. Responsible for carrying out "Plant" planning and implementation, including information-gathering, liaison with company and business counterparts. Leading, coaching, supervising admin, accounts, and finance teams. Perform any other duties assigned by the management with full accountability and responsibility from time to time.
