Role Summary: The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing the company’s overall operations and ensuring the efficiency, productivity, and strategic growth of the business. As a leading systems integrator and solutions provider in industrial automation, specializing in Siemens Simatic PLC S5, PLC S7, Siemens Drives, and Simatic WinCC HMI, the COO will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, business expansion, and technological advancement. The COO will work closely with the CEO and other senior executives to implement company-wide strategies, improve business performance, and ensure high-quality service delivery to clients. The COO will oversee multiple departments and key personnel, including: • Senior Technical Manager – Responsible for day-to-day project progress, managing engineers, and handling tenders. • Senior Accounts Manager – Manages company finances, budgeting, and financial reporting. • Senior HR Executive – Oversees human resources, talent management, and company culture. • Admin Department – Ensures smooth administrative functions and office operations. • Finance Department – Fully in charge of finance operations, including managing outsourced finance functions and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The COO will report directly to the CEO on company progress and key initiatives. ________________________________________ Responsibilities: • Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. • Drive company growth through strategic planning and new business opportunities. • Lead the development and execution of operational strategies aligned with corporate goals. • Manage and optimize company resources, ensuring efficient allocation across projects. • Establish and enforce policies that foster a strong company culture and vision. • Identify and implement strategies to expand into new markets and industries. • Manage key partnerships and collaborations to drive business development. • Lead and mentor senior managers to enhance team performance and leadership. • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and support. • Maintain quality and compliance standards in line with industry regulations. • Oversee budget planning and resource management to maximize profitability. • Fully manage the Finance Department, including oversight of outsourced financial functions, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational success. • Stay updated with the latest industry technologies and best practices. • Spearhead continuous improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency. • Establish governance frameworks for effective operational management. • Implement systematic processes to standardize and scale business operations. • Work closely with customers to align business and technical solutions with their needs. • Facilitate product demonstrations, training, and client presentations. • Oversee the preparation of tenders, proposals, and quotations. • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients. • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling existing clients. • Offer advisory and consulting services to help clients develop future technology requirements. • Lead at least one high-impact strategic project on a continuous basis. ________________________________________ Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Automation, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, business management, or industrial automation, preferably in a leadership role. • Strong knowledge and experience in Siemens industrial automation solutions (PLC S5, PLC S7, Siemens Drives, Simatic WinCC HMI, etc.). • Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency and business growth. • Experience in managing large-scale projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking. • Strong leadership and people management skills to mentor and develop high-performing teams. • Experience in financial management, including overseeing outsourced financial operations and ensuring compliance. • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strategic and results-driven mindset.
