MANAGER - ACCOUNTS & FINANCE

Finance 1.Accountable for the day-to-day financial activities, overseeing the accounts payables, highlighting and prompting Senior Manger on key findings; 2.To prepare and present timely financial and management reports and, to review and improve on entity's reporting format; Accounts 1.Responsible for the preparation of monthly management reporting in a timely manner; 2. In charge of direct tax compliance activities for corporate taxation matters and preparation of detailed tax computation and tax estimation; 3. Lead in the annual stock count, ensuring a smooth process and timely reconciliation of variances, if any; 4. In charge of Fixed Assets Register, ensuring all assets are accounted for and accurately recorded in the register; 5. To ensure strict adherence of Company policies and procedures in respect of financial operations, management programs and activities as well as to formulate new policies / procedures to be in line with the Company’s goals; 6. To ensure that all activities relating to the functions of Finance & Accounts are in compliance with the relevant Acts, legal requirements and ethical standards, to ensure that statutory accounts are prepared in accordance with accounting standards & generally acceptable accounting policies; 7. To establish, develop and maintain a disciplined, well-trained and highly motivated Finance & Accounts team in line with our core values; 8. Perform any other duties or responsibilities that are assigned by superior.
