Liaise with internal and external parties, as well as authorities, to obtain or furnish requisite information, ensuring all requests and inquiries are attended to. 3. Prepare statutory documents for signature, ensuring proper record-keeping and submission to authorities where required. 5. Maintain and update statutory books, including registers of members, directors, secretaries, and charges, ensuring accurate recording and filing. 6. Prepare agendas for general meetings, Board, and Board Committee meetings, ensuring compliance with Companies Act, Constitutions, Listing Requirements, and Capital Markets and Services Act 2007. 7. Compile necessary information for special projects or corporate assignments, supporting team members in accomplishing the tasks. 8. Prepare resolutions and follow up on unsigned resolutions to ensure timely approval received from Directors.
