Service Crew / Cashier

Job Responsibilities (Waiter/Waitress): - Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive, politely and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu. - Handle guests concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy. - Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and continuously learn about new products and promotions to better assist customers. - Training provided. Job Responsibilities (Cashier): - Receiving and verifying cash payments, processing transactions through bank cards, QR codes, mobile payments, and other applicable vouchers. - Authenticating currency to detect counterfeit notes and verifying the legitimacy of bank cards. - Issuing sales receipts and invoices to customers. - Analyzing and reconciling individual or departmental sales revenue, remitting sales proceeds, and conducting audits to rectify account discrepancies. - Counting and reconciling inventory, inspecting packaging, scanning, categorizing, and delivering goods. - Reviewing and processing authorization procedures for discount sales and approval procedures for returns. - Build and maintain good rapport with customers.
