Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Malaysia and other countries (may assign time to time) simultaneously, through outsourced payroll vendor, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely payments. Manage submission of statutory reports/ claims and tasks related to payroll. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations of the country. To maintain good relationships with a payroll vendor. Serve as a point of contact for employees' inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. Partner with stakeholders to ensure that all pre-hire paperwork is completed before deadlines. Administer end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and update records in HRIS e.g., onboarding of new employees, contract management, employee movements, remuneration changes, off- boarding, etc. Proactively manage employee relations, fostering a positive work environment and resolving any conflicts or issues in a timely and effective manner. Identifying opportunities for process improvements, and work closely with local and regional stakeholders to develop and streamline HR operations. Contribute towards implementation of HR projects e.g., HR policies documentation, processes automation and implementation/ roll-out of new HR systems or initiatives. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
