Associate Security Consultant (MPAM)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Configure and manage PAM solutions (such as CyberArk, Delinea, or similar tools) to secure privileged accounts and enforce access control across the client's organization. - Experience in onboarding privileged accounts, remote password changing, configuring roles & Permissions, configuring PAM related policies, session recording, account discovery, and other operational activities for Privilege access management solutions. - Support day-to-day operation for Privilege access management solutions. - Support the upgrade, patching, and regular maintenance of PAM solutions in a complex environment. - Identify, analyze, and respond to security incidents involving Privilege access management solution. - Ability to break down complexity, clearly product requirements, and prioritize enhancement requests. - Contributing to automation opportunities to improve efficiency within PAM operations. - Perform regular audits of privileged access to ensure compliance with client security policies and regulations. - Generate reports on privileged account usage, risk assessments, and compliance metrics for clients, and conduct meeting sessions with customers to address and resolve any identified issues. - Maintaining quality documentation, including configuration guides, troubleshooting documentation, and standard operating procedures. - Serve as first point of contact for security solutions’ technical support. - Technical subject matter expert to perform technical issue troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, resolution and escalation. Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - Good working knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity framework or regulatory requirement such as NIST CSF, ISO27001, Mitre ATT&CK framework and etc. - Strong communication skills verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Continuous learning attitude to develop skills in cyber security and to learn new technologies/security solutions. - Highly organized, self-motivated, have good time management and able to work under minimum supervision. - A team player with pleasant personalities. - Good working knowledge and understanding of access management concept such as zero trust, segregation of duty, access governance and etc.
