Job Title : Business Consulting Manager 商业咨询经理
Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee and develop new marketing initiatives;
· Proactively engage with potential/existing clients, establish rapport and develop new leads and partnerships;
· Conduct market research and provide in-depth analysis and insights to market and customer trends; able to identify opportunities and gaps;
· Develop new business initiatives and revenue stream that contributes to business growth;
· Prepare quotes and proposals for clients and post sales follow up;
· Set goals for the Sales team and ensuring they are met;
Requirements
· Candidate should have at least a diploma, preferably in business, marketing or related field;
· At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management or Sales-related role.
· Positive mind set and passionate in Business Consulting/Corporate Advisory and Corporate Governance matters.
· Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies;
· Strong communication skills, presentation and influencing skills;
· Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin as this position requires the incumbent to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients (i.e.to serve Greater China Region Market);
· Self-driven, persistent, highly-motivated and passionate about serving customers by going the extra mile;
· Proficient in MS Applications- Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
