Key Responsibilities (Not Limited To): Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities through research, market analysis, networking, and cold calling. Qualify leads and convert them into potential clients. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Serve as a liaison between the client and internal teams. Sales & Negotiation: Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and contracts. Support senior staff in negotiations and closing deals. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and business development efforts. Product/service Presentation: Present the company’s products and services to potential clients, demonstrating their value and benefits. Customize presentations to meet client needs. Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align business development strategies with marketing campaigns and brand goals. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales leads, opportunities, and client interactions. Generate reports for management on performance and business development progress. Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and attract new clients. Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by proactively engaging with potential clients and driving sales. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
