RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION • Managing the documentation controls at HQ. • Proper filing of all incoming and outgoing correspondences, maintain summary logs of correspondences and ensure easy and time retrieval. • Typing all project documents and correspondences as instructed by COO / Head of Depts. • Control of all construction drawings, shop drawings and maintain drawing register. • Archiving all site documents and records upon completion of the project and arrange for sending these documents and records to HQ / storage. • Administration of office supplies, company vehicles, etc. • Assist COO / Head of Depts. for preparation of reports, pre-qualification documents, etc. • Other duties as assigned.
