  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Fiber Deployment Supervisor to lead and oversee the successful execution of fiber optic deployment projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of fiber networks, excellent leadership and coaching abilities, and hands-on experience in field operations. This role requires the ability to manage teams, coordinate with various stakeholders, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and drive the timely completion of projects. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily fiber optic installation and deployment activities. Lead field teams and subcontractors, ensuring proper execution of fiber splicing, termination, testing, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with project managers, network engineers, and clients to ensure project goals, timelines, and quality standards are met. Review project plans, designs, and work orders to ensure alignment with technical specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety protocols and best practices. Coach and mentor field technicians to enhance skills, productivity, and adherence to quality. Track project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and escalate potential issues. Oversee inventory management, including tools, fiber materials, and consumables. Assist with technical problem-solving, including hands-on work when necessary. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company policies. Requirements: Proven experience in fiber optic deployment, installation, or network construction. Strong technical background in fiber splicing, testing (OTDR, power meter), and troubleshooting. Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, network schematics, and project plans. Strong understanding of safety standards and quality control procedures. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
