Inventory Coordinator

1. Inventory Management: • Authority to adjust inventory levels based on demand forecasts, ensuring stock availability while preventing overstock situations. • Authority to initiate procurement orders and suggest changes in stock requirements to management. 2. Warehouse Operations: • Authority to prioritize tasks in the warehouse, including organizing workflows and assigning duties to warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations. • Authority to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, to move inventory safely and efficiently. • Authority to coordinate shipping to customer. 3. Vendor Relations: • Authority to communicate directly with suppliers and negotiate terms for inventory purchases, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely deliveries. • Authority to receive item delivered by vendor or courier. 4. Compliance and Safety: • Authority to enforce safety protocols and ensure that warehouse operations comply with organizational and regulatory standards. 5. Reporting and Analysis: • Authority to generate inventory reports, analyze discrepancies, and suggest improvements in inventory processes or system updates. • Documentation of attendance records and overtime records for subordinates. A. Warehouse Coordination and Equipment Operation: • Organize and maintain the inventory storage area for efficiency and safety. • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload inventory. • Ensure proper handling and storage of inventory to prevent damage. • Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment. • Assist with the implementation of inventory control systems and procedures.
