Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Strategic Business Growth Lead to champion our brand, products, and services while driving awareness, engagement, and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will act as a thought leader, bridging the gap between our business and stakeholders by articulating our vision and value proposition to external audiences, including customers, partners, and industry influencers. The initial focus will be Skills development in Malaysia and other operating countries. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities 1. Advocacy and Outreach: o Serve as the face and voice of the company, advocating for our vision, mission, and products. o Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders. o Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other industry events. 2. Market Intelligence: o Gather and analyze feedback from customers and the market to provide actionable insights. o Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to position the company effectively. 3. Strategic Storytelling: o Create and deliver compelling presentations, webinars, and thought leadership content. o Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company goals. 4. Collaborative Growth: o Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition. o Build strategic alliances to expand the company’s reach and influence in the industry. 5. Thought Leadership: o Act as a subject matter expert in forums and discussions, with a focus on driving skills development, training, and certification initiatives. o Candidate. Should be willing to operate from Malaysia. ________________________________________ Qualifications • Education: o Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. o Prior experience in Skills development engagement with Ministries of Education, corporates and academic institutions will be preferred • Experience: o 15+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field. o Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships. o Excellent Track Record of conducting Digital Transformational Training workshops with a design viewpoint. o Demonstrable career achievements in working with high end corporate organisations globally. • Skills: o Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities. o Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive analysis. o Proficiency in tools like CRM platforms, analytics software, and presentation tools. ________________________________________
