Merchandising 1. Determine the strategy for the core business of the department in accordance with the tasks assigned both in the short and in the long run. 2. Determine the goal and sales volume, and manage to achieve the sales volume set by the Company. 3. Manage the sales volume and sales area per sq.m., analyze the sales volume and monthly profit and quarterly profit, and ensure that the target is achieved. 4. Check and track the Profit & Loss Statement Report in each month to check the accuracy. 12. Manage the products and control the schematic to ensure that the store meets the store standard and apply unifying store standard. 13. Develop the team and subordinates, equip them with knowledge and skills to work as well as create the atmosphere that stimulates the teamwork in order to achieve the goal set by the Company. Inventory Management: 1. Develop and implement efficient inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels. 2. Ensure a balance between demand forecasting, procurement, and supply chain efficiency. 3. Optimize inventory turnover rates, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory. 4. Utilize advanced analytics and forecasting tools to enhance demand planning accuracy. Data Management & Analytics: 1. Lead the development of data-driven merchandising and sourcing strategies. 2. Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to support business intelligence initiatives. 3. Implement AI and machine learning technologies to improve predictive analytics for demand forecasting and inventory management. 4. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success and identify areas for improvement. Sourcing & Supplier Management: 1. Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effective procurement and high-quality products. 2. Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors. 3. Ensure ethical sourcing, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to sustainability initiatives. 4. Optimize supply chain operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
