• Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties. • Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Manager. • Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies). • Coordinating HR activities (meetings, training, survey social functions, recreation activities etc.) • Deal with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules, and regulations. • Prepare and pay out timely for payroll payments; salary, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, HRDCorp, PCB). • Assist the arrangement for any medical attention requirement for employees and including hospitalization case. • Prepare, upkeep and review personal files periodically and ensure documents are complete and in order. • Review employee’s confirmation and increment dues for management’s review. • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; recommends best practices. • Issuing of letters for notification of increments, confirmations and resignations or terminations. • Prepare, upkeep and review personal files periodically and ensure documents are complete and in order. • Prepare enrollments, terminations, beneficiaries, insurance, accident claimed (Allianz Insurance / SOCSO) • Manage the HRDCorp fund claimed, apply grant and etc. To carry out any other Duties and as required
