Client Support Executive (Indonesia Market)

Job Summary: Responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients based in Indonesia while leveraging deep knowledge of Indonesian culture and market dynamics. This role will involve handling client inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for Indonesian clients, all while the company located in Penang, Malaysia. Responsibilities: - Dealing with business partner, clients and customers in Indonesia - Serve as the primary point of contact for Indonesian clients, ensuring exceptional support and service - Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients while acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and offer solutions - Handle client inquiries, complaints and technical issues promptly and professionally - Provide advice and support to internal teams in Malaysia regarding customer preferences in Indonesia - Apply knowledge of Indonesian culture, business practices and market trends to enhance client interactions and ensure services are tailored to local expectations - Ensure Indonesian clients are properly introduced to the services provided by the Company - Share valuable insights gathered from clients to improve services and enhance satisfaction - Monitor the market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to provide insights to internal teams - Prepare and submit regular reports on client support activities, issues and customer satisfaction to the management team - Identify opportunities for growth within the Indonesian market Others: - Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin and English as required to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams - Working location based in Penang, Malaysia but primarily responsible for Indonesian clients - Possesses valid passport and not blacklisted to travel out from Malaysia and any other country as occasionally requires to travel to Indonesia may be required
