WAREHOUSE AND INVENTORY COORDINATOR

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and maintaining an efficient warehouse operation. This role is critical to supporting our production and delivery processes by ensuring materials and products are stored, tracked, and distributed correctly. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products. Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software. Monitor stock levels and notify the procurement team when replenishment is needed. Identify and report discrepancies in inventory (e.g., overstock, shortages, or damaged goods). 2. Warehouse Operations: Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of materials. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently (if applicable). 3. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements (e.g., receipts, transfers, and shipments). Generate and update inventory reports for management review. Assist in preparing documentation for audits and compliance checks. 4. Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure the warehouse complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the Warehouse Manager. 5. Coordination and Communication: Work closely with the production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively with suppliers, delivery personnel, and internal teams. Assist in resolving inventory-related issues promptly.
