1)Develop and implement instrumentation and control (I&C) systems for high-rise buildings. 2)Select and specify sensors, control devices, and automation systems for HVAC, fire safety, water supply, and electrical systems. 3)Ensure all instrumentation components meet project specifications and safety codes. 4)Oversee the installation and integration of automation and monitoring systems (e.g., BMS - Building Management System). 5)Conduct calibration, testing, and commissioning of instruments like pressure sensors, flow meters, smoke detectors, and access control systems. 6)Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to sensors, controllers, and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems. 7)Work closely with fire protection, electrical, and mechanical teams to ensure safe operation of control systems. 8)Perform risk assessments for instrumentation and automation failures. 9)Develop maintenance schedules for elevators, HVAC automation, security alarms, and fire suppression systems. 10)Keep records of technical reports, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals. 11)Train site personnel on proper usage and troubleshooting of control systems. 12)Work closely with M&E engineers, structural engineers, fire protection teams, and project managers. 13)Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for procurement and installation of control systems. 14)Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives through smart automation solutions.
