  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB POSITION: CNC MILLING PROGRAMMER STINIS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. seeks a CNC MILLING PROGRAMMER to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development. • Set up and operate CNC and milling machines for precision machining. • Load and secure workpieces, fixtures, and tooling. • Adjust machine speeds, feeds, and cutting depths based on material and job requirements. • Use CAM software to generate toolpaths. • Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, and orthographic drawings. • Takes inventory by checking stock to determine the amount available, anticipated stock, and placing orders. • Programs mills and grinding by entering instructions, including zero and reference points. • Sets-up mills and grinding by installing and adjusting three- and four-jaw chucks, tools, and attachments. • Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position. • Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces. • Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. • Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing operations. • Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. • Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements. • Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions. • Documents actions by completing production and quality logs. • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. REQUIREMENT: Min 5 years above experience in CNC Milling programme Must possess at least a relevant certificate. CNC and milling machine operation Manual machining G-code and M-code programming for CNC machines CAM software proficiency GD&T knowledge for precision machining.
