  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks a CNC LATHE MACHINIST SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting our company’s development. • Set up CNC lathes, including workpiece positioning, chucking, and fixture installation. • Develop, write, and optimize CNC lathe programs for turning operations. • Use CAD/CAM software for tool path generation. • Operate CNC lathe machines efficiently to produce high-precision components. • Monitor machine performance and cutting conditions to optimize efficiency • Apply GD&T for accurate machining. • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models. • Modify programs based on design changes or customer requirements. • Ensure parts meet exact dimensional specifications and tolerances. • Utilize CMM for precision part inspection. • Maintain and replace worn-out tools to avoid machine downtime. • Resolve G-code and M-code errors that cause machine stoppages. • Document CNC program modifications and improvements. • Reduce setup time through standardized procedures and quick-change tooling. • Adjust tool offsets and feed rates to correct dimensional inconsistencies. • Perform minor machine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical problems. • Report non-conformities and deviations to supervisors for corrective action. • Participate in continuous improvement projects and lean manufacturing initiatives. • Assist maintenance teams in resolving complex machine malfunctions. • Maintain accurate records of job setups, tool changes, and production output. • Manage tool inventory and ensure proper tool selection for different materials. • Optimize cutting tool life by adjusting machining parameters. Requirements The required skills for the position CNC LATHE MACHINIST SPECIALIST are: Min 5 years’ experience in CNC Lathe. Candidate must possess relevant education certification Knowledge of multi-axis lathe programming Familiarity with SPC and Lean Manufacturing Strong understanding of cutting tools, speeds & feeds, and metal properties. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in G-code, CAD/CAM software
