Warehouse Supervisor

 Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.  Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, inventory replenishment, and stock control.  Monitor warehouse layout and organization to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.  Implement and enforce company policies and procedures for warehouse operations.  Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.  Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure proper documentation and compliance.  Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.  Work with procurement and logistics teams to manage inventory levels efficiently.  Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.  Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to operational procedures.  Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.  Promote teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.  Enforce workplace safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections.  Ensure proper handling and storage of goods, including hazardous materials if applicable.  Train staff on safety procedures, equipment use, and emergency protocols.  Maintain compliance with OSHA, ISO, and other industry regulations.  Identify and implement strategies to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.  Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline processes and improve productivity.  Collaborate with other departments to improve overall supply chain effectiveness.
